- Very good condition - very few scratches or flaws, some wear commensurate with age
- Loud, brassy, bright sound and tone
- I am not the original owner and do not know the age, though it appears to be more than 10 years old
- Oak finish (quarter-sawn oak), legendary Cairdin craftsmanship
- 21 treble-side buttons and 8 bass-side buttons
- Treble-side tuning is MML, with one stop to add/remove the L voice
- Treble-side tuning is nearly dry, bright and assertive without being overbearing (listen to sound samples)
- I do not know if the reeds are hand-made or not, though Cairdin reeds are typically of high quality
- Bass setup is "Nolan Bass" with no thirds in chords
- Adjustable bass strap
- Action is smooth, bellows are airtight and in excellent condition
- Since I have owned it, it has never been abused (left in the car, in the cold or heat, played with by kids, etc.) -- and has always been stored on its feet whether in or out of the case

It should be noted that this instrument is currently selling new at $3200+ USD, with a 12+ month (probably significantly longer, in my experience) wait.
